Must Be a Certified Copy from the Court

Georgia requires a completed "Authentication/Apostille Request Form" to be submitted with your request. This form is mandatory and provides essential contact and processing information.
Correct Payment
The fee is $3.00 per apostille. Payment must be made by check or money order payable to the "Georgia Secretary of State". Cash is not accepted for mailed requests. You must also include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for the return of your documents.
